MlSQUAMICUT BEACH FRONT INN POLICIES
Check-In and Check-Out Policy Misquamicut Beach Front Inn check-in time is at 3PM (EST) and check-out time is at 11AM (EST). Requests for early check-in & late check-out will be handled based on hotel availability at the time of check-in (an additional fee is payable for guaranteed late check-out).

Exceeding check-out times without notifying the front desk in advance can result in extra charges, including, but not limited to, late check-out fees and/or an extra night’s charges being applied to your bill.

Check in time is 3:00 until 8:00 pm
Check out time is 11:00 am on day of departure

Non-refundable Rates
Reservations that are deemed “non-refundable” are not subject to cancellation policies and are non-transferable. In order to secure the lower rate at the time of the booking, the guest has waived the ability to cancel. The amount for the entire stay is due at the time of the booking and is not refundable for any reason.

Early Departure Policy
No refund on early departures.

Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be charged when reservations are made. OCCUPANCY POLICY An extra person charge of $50 per night plus taxes will apply for any reservations exceeding maximum occupancy. Hotel room rates vary by date and by the number of adults occupying a single room. To accommodate more guests, you need to change your reservation. You will be notified of any additional charges prior to confirming your updated reservation. Maximum occupancy for rooms with one King or one Queen bed is two people, for a room with two double beds is four people.

Guarantee Policy
A valid credit card guarantee, pre-payment is required at the time of booking.

Smoking Policy
Smoking is not permitted within the premises of Misquamicut Beach front Inn. All guest rooms are 100% non-smoking. A $250 cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy. Bedrooms that have been smoked in, or smell of smoke, will be assessed and charged.

We ask our customers to not smoke within our beautiful beach side.

General Policies
Guests are asked not to gather in the hallways as this often creates excessive noise which disturbs other guests. Keep guest room doors closed at all times to avoid noise disturbances. Each room is limited to the number of guests registered in the room at the time of check in. Parents and guardians are personally and legally responsible for children at all times.

Misquamicut Beach Front Inn has a zero tolerance policy in which it will refuse to admit or refuse service or accommodation in the hotel or may remove a person who: while on the premises of the hotel acts in an obviously intoxicated or disorderly manner, destroys or threatens to destroy hotel property, or causes or threatens to cause a public disturbance; or refuses or is unable to pay for the accommodations or services.

Misquamicut Beach Front Inn may limit the number of persons who may occupy a particular guest room in the hotel and will only allow registered guests to use its facilities. A person who negligently or intentionally causes damage to the hotel or any furniture or furnishings within the hotel, shall be liable for damages sustained by the hotel staff, including the hotel’s loss of revenue resulting from the inability to rent or lease rooms while the damage is being repaired.

Lost and Found Policy
Misquamicut Beach Front Inn is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen personal items. Should any guests lose personal belongings whilst staying at motel, if recovered, the item will be recorded as ‘found’. Our motel keeps detailed records of all ‘found’ items, and will make a reasonable effort to contact the guest if an item is left in the hotel’s guest room after the guest has checked-out which will be placed in our Lost & Found box. Items that are not claimed within 30 days, will be removed from the lost and found bin and discarded appropriately.

Damage to the Room and Public Spaces
Any type of loss or damage to items in the room or any public space will result in a charge that will be at the discretion of management.

Illicit Activity
The hotel will report all suspected illegal activity to the appropriate authorities and reserves the right to refuse service to anyone suspected of involvement in such activity. The hotel reserves the right to enter any area of the hotel, including guestrooms, should there be a reason for suspicion of illegal activity or if we suspect our property, staff, or guests are at risk.

Conduct
All guests are expected to exhibit appropriate civil conduct while on our property and in our rooms. Public intoxication will not be tolerated on our property. Disrupting the guests’ experience with inappropriate behavior including harassment, offensive or insulting language or any other means deemed inappropriate by management will result in dismissal from the property in addition to paying for any charges the hotel incurs as a result of the disruption. If a complaint occurs due to the negligence of those occupying a guest room, disorderly conduct, unlawful activities, or repeated noise complaints, the offending guests may be evicted and/or receive additional charges to their account. If a guest is evicted, they are not entitled to any refund. If damages occur to the guest room or other areas of the hotel, the cost of the damage will be charged to the credit card registered upon check-in.

Pet Policy
Misquamicut Beach Front Inn does not allow pets due to concerns that some guests have allergic reactions towards pet dander and due to the threat of ticks and fleas. Therefore, pets are not allowed in the motel or on the beach.

Housekeeping Service
We provide housekeeping service everyday between the hours of 11AM to 3:00 PM. For the safety of our staff and guests, no occupied rooms will be serviced while guests are present. Should housekeeping find any rooms damaged, in any way, the hotel will charge the credit card responsible for the room for all damages and/or cleanup fees.

ADA POLICY
ADA compliant guest rooms are available and should be reserved in advance. For more information, please contact the hotel directly.

PARKING POLICY
Parking is permitted for one vehicles per guest room. Additional vehicles will be charged a $30 daily parking fee. Vehicles must be removed from property by 11:00
