Check-In and Check-Out Policy                                                                                                                                                     Misquamicut Beach Front Inn check-in time is at 3PM (EST) and check-out time is at 11AM (EST).

Exceeding check-out times without notifying the front desk in advance can result in extra charges, including, but not limited to, late check-out fees and/or an extra night’s charges being applied to your bill.

Check in time is 3:00 until 7:00 pm
Check out time is 11:00 am on day of departure (no late check outs allowed).

Non-refundable Rates
All reservations have a non-refundable cancellation policy. Reservations are non-transferable. Guests may cancel a reservation (non-refundable) by forwarding the information by email.

Early Departure Policy
No refund on early departures.

Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be charged when reservations are made. OCCUPANCY POLICY An extra person charge of $50 per night plus taxes will apply for any reservations exceeding maximum occupancy. Hotel room rates vary by date and by the number of adults occupying a single room. To accommodate more guests, you need to change your reservation. You will be notified of any additional charges prior to confirming your updated reservation. Maximum occupancy for rooms with one King or one Queen bed is two people, for a room with two double beds is four people.

Guarantee Policy
A valid credit card guarantee, pre-payment is required at the time of booking.

Smoking Policy
Smoking is not permitted within the premises of Misquamicut Beach front Inn.  All guest rooms are 100% non-smoking.  A $250 cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy. Bedrooms that have been smoked in, or smell of smoke, will be assessed and charged.

We ask our customers to not smoke within our beautiful beach side.

General Policies

Room keys are issued to the registered guest(s). Please return Card keys to the Front Desk upon check-out.  Lost Card Keys: $20.00 (fee). Check-out Time is 11:00 AM.  Any guest remaining after check-out time will be charged for an additional day. It is not allowed to take out from the hotel the room inventory (pillows, blankets, towels).         

No Smoking, No Excessive Noise/Party Policy                                                                                                                                This is a SMOKE-FREE motel.  Smoking is not allowed in any rooms including balconies.  No vaping or cannabis smoking is allowed. If you are found to have smoked in a non-smoking room including a balcony, you will incur a $250.00 charge for deep cleaning.

For the comfort and convenience of all guests, this hotel has “Quiet Time” between the hours of 10 pm and 8 am.  Please be respectful to other guests, and no loud music or noises. No loud music/noise is allowed on the balcony. Disturbing other Guests is not allowed. Hotel keeps the right to refuse further hospitality to the Guest who disturbs other Guests or on other way disrespects House Rules

NO IN-ROOM PARTY……. No parties are allowed in the guest rooms at any time. Will be evicted (non-refundable).

No outside visitors within the motel only registered guests.

The registrant making reservation must be 21 years of age or older. The registrant must be present at motel at time of check-in.

The Registrant is responsible for all registered guests to a room. Room occupancy is limited to registered guests only. If we discover any unauthorized visitors or undeclared occupants in your motel room, we will ask you to leave the premises immediately and there will be no refunds. Our visitor policy is designed to provide a safe and quiet atmosphere for all our guests.

Inviting outside visitors into guest rooms, to use the facilities and or amenities is prohibited. You will be evicted and must leave premises.

Parents/Chaperones are AT ALL TIMES responsible for the conduct of their children/group members.

Guests that leave rooms messy and require deep cleaning will incur a $250 clean-up fee.  Any damage to your room found during or after your stay will result in a fee coinciding with the cost to repair.  Any damage to hotel property, whether accidental or willful, is the responsibility of the registered guest.

Bicycles, Hover boards, and roller blades are not permitted in guest rooms.

Guests are asked not to gather in the hallways as this often creates excessive noise which disturbs other guests. Keep guest room doors closed at all times to avoid noise disturbances. Each room is limited to the number of guests registered in the room at the time of check in. Parents and guardians are personally and legally responsible for children at all times.

Misquamicut Beach Front Inn has a zero-tolerance policy in which it will refuse to admit or refuse service or accommodation in the hotel or may remove a person who: while on the premises of the hotel acts in an obviously intoxicated or disorderly manner, destroys or threatens to destroy hotel property, or causes or threatens to cause a public disturbance; or refuses or is unable to pay for the accommodations or services.

Misquamicut Beach Front Inn may limit the number of persons who may occupy a particular guest room in the hotel and will only allow registered guests to use its facilities. A person who negligently or intentionally causes damage to the hotel or any furniture or furnishings within the hotel, shall be liable for damages sustained by the hotel staff, including the hotel’s loss of revenue resulting from the inability to rent or lease rooms while the damage is being repaired.

Lost and Found Policy
Misquamicut Beach Front Inn is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen personal items.

Damage to the Room and Public Spaces
Any type of loss or damage to items in the room or any public space will result in a charge that will be at the discretion of management.

Illicit Activity
The hotel will report all suspected illegal activity to the appropriate authorities and reserves the right to refuse service to anyone suspected of involvement in such activity. The hotel reserves the right to enter any area of the hotel, including guestrooms, should there be a reason for suspicion of illegal activity or if we suspect our property, staff, or guests are at risk.

Conduct
All guests are expected to exhibit appropriate civil conduct while on our property and in our rooms. Public intoxication will not be tolerated on our property. Disrupting the guests’ experience with inappropriate behavior including harassment, offensive or insulting language or any other means deemed inappropriate by management will result in dismissal from the property in addition to paying for any charges the hotel incurs as a result of the disruption. If a complaint occurs due to the negligence of those occupying a guest room, disorderly conduct, unlawful activities, or repeated noise complaints, the offending guests may be evicted and/or receive additional charges to their account. If a guest is evicted, they are not entitled to any refund. If damages occur to the guest room or other areas of the hotel, the cost of the damage will be charged to the credit card registered upon check-in.

Pet Policy
Misquamicut Beach Front Inn does not allow pets due to concerns that some guests have allergic reactions towards pet dander and due to the threat of ticks and fleas. Therefore, pets are not allowed in the motel or on the beach.

Housekeeping Service
There is no housekeeping once a guest checks in for the duration of their stay. Rooms are cleaned and sanitized when the guest checks out of a room.

PARKING POLICY
Parking is permitted for one vehicle per guest room.  Vehicles must be removed from the property when the guest checks out (departure day). All vehicle(s) must be listed on registration at check-in. Parking for registered guests is free. One (1) vehicle per room. Parking and beach access end when you check-out.  Parking spots are assigned upon check-in. All vehicles are parked at the risk of the owner. MBFI motel shall not assume liability or responsibility for any vehicle, occupants, or contents while operated or parked on the motel property. If a vehicle is left in the motel parking lot after the guest has departed without the written consent of the motel, the motel reserves the right to have the vehicle towed at the owner’s expense.
